OUR COMPANY HISTORY
HOW IT STARTED
Investors Realty began in 1975 on the back of the proverbial napkin, with two friends who decided their clients needed better than the industry approach of the time.

FOUNDING
Investors Realty was founded by Jerry Heinrichs & Steve Farrell
1979
NEW LOCATION
Moved office to FW Bank Building at 108th & W Dodge Rd
1980
PM DEPARTMENT
Property Management Department was created, hired first Property Manager
1984
NEW LOCATION
Built and moved into new space at 11301 Davenport Street

CELEBRATING 25 YEARS
Celebrated 25 Years, Firm became full service: Brokerage, Property Management, Maintenance, & Accounting
