Investors Realty, Inc. turns 39!

 

Investors Realty is a full-service, commercial real estate and property management company in Omaha, Nebraska founded in 1975 by Steve Farrell, CCIM, SIOR and Jerry Heinrichs, CCIM. R.J. Neary, CCIM, SIOR currently serves as the company’s president.

 

Investors Realty has grown from two brokers, who are still active in the company, to 50 people including 19 brokers and 31 employees including six property managers. The underlying philosophy of the company has not changed over the past 39 years – provide honest, knowledgeable advice to our clients, create a positive working environment for our people, and focus on bettering the Omaha community.
