Investors Realty, Inc. in Omaha, NE, brokered the $16+ million sale of the Centro Plaza shopping center, a 115,495 square-foot retail property Lincoln, Nebraska. The property is located at the intersection of 48th and Vine Streets in Lincoln.
The shopping center is currently occupied by TJ Maxx. Michaels, Designer Shoe Warehouse and Beauty Brands have executed leases and plan to occupy the space at the property previously occupied by Best Buy in 2015. The Buyer
plans an extensive renovation of the property.
Ember Grummons, CCIM of Investors Realty represented the Buyer, an affiliate of Integris Ventures, based in St. Louis. The property was not openly marketed.
