We worked with Investors Realty and Jason Velinsky on the O’Hara Lindsay Public Relations build-out in downtown Lincoln. As the general contractor, it was a pleasure to have Jason as part of the team. With the time constraints on this job, Jason was an integral part in making sure the project moved forward in a timely fashion and communicating with the myriad of parties involved (architect, owner, client, contractors, suppliers, etc.). We have been very satisfied with the project management service provided by Jason Velinsky on our large industrial clean-up site. Jason has served as the single point-of-contact for all contractors on-site, providing coordination and timely approvals for time sensitive activities.
