Laura Hansen joined Investors Realty in 2012 after spending the first decade of their career in Washington, D.C. With a collaborative spirit and unwavering commitment to excellence, Laura has transformed our property management division into the thriving entity it is today. She has cultivated strong working relationships both within our team and with the clients we cherish working alongside. Laura oversees our property management, maintenance, facilities, and project management business lines, all of which have flourished under her leadership. In 2020, Laura made history by becoming the first female partner at Investors Realty. Her collaborative approach and dedication make our firm unique and our services highly sought after. Laura’s focus areas include client relationships, interfacing between brokerage and our other business lines, new business development, recruitment, strategic planning, team development, training, company goals/metrics, and much more. Laura graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Property Management. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys. Together, they love traveling, exploring the outdoors, and embracing all that Omaha has to offer. Laura's journey with Investors Realty is a testament to her exceptional leadership and the positive impact she has made on our firm.

Krissy joined Investors Realty, Inc. (IRI) in 2019 as a Marketing Coordinator and quickly streamlined the marketing creation process, bringing it in-house for greater control over IRI’s materials. Soon after, she played a pivotal role in the company’s 2020 brand refresh, strengthening its visual identity. In 2023, Krissy was promoted to Marketing Manager and became part of IRI’s leadership team. She drives the company’s marketing and branding efforts, overseeing the creation of all marketing materials and special projects. Leveraging her graphic design expertise, she manages the development of brokerage campaigns, proposals, presentations, and cross-departmental projects. Additionally, she leads IRI’s digital initiatives, managing social media and the company website. A major milestone under her leadership was the redesign and relaunch of the Investors Realty website in 2025. Krissy is a proud graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Outside of work, she’s a mom to two energetic toddler boys who keep her and her husband on their toes. She enjoys going to concerts, spending time with family and friends, and working on the occasional freelance design project. While travel is less frequent these days, it’s something she always looks forward to—especially when it involves making memories with her family.

Ryan Zabrowski has earned a reputation for managing complex commercial real estate projects in the Omaha Metro area, with a focus on negotiating fair pricing, terms, and solving challenges. He specializes in properties with multiple parcel assemblages, build-to-suit projects, and those with functional or economic obsolescence. Ryan is known for successfully selling and redeveloping older, difficult properties and has experience advising investors and users on industrial, commercial, and investment properties. In 2023, Ryan took over as President of Investors Realty, bringing his strategic vision and leadership to the forefront of the company’s continued growth. Actively involved in organizations like The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, The Counselors of Real Estate, and The Urban Land Institute, Ryan also contributes his time to various nonprofit initiatives in Omaha.
