Pat Morris joined Investors Realty as a broker in January 2017, after serving as the Associate Athletic Director of Advancement for the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) athletic department.
He is a member of the investment sales team and, since joining IRI, he has been involved in the acquisition and/or disposition of more than $16 million worth of investment property.
Pat is an Omaha native who utilizes his knowledge and experience in the private, public and nonprofit sectors to advise his clients. In his work at UNO, he was responsible for fundraising oversight, including development related to the department’s annual, capital and endowed scholarship campaigns. He was a member of the fundraising team that raised more than $45 million in philanthropic donations for projects including a new student-athlete academic center, soccer pitch renovation and a $90 million on-campus arena.
Pat earned a Master of Public Administration degree from UNO after graduating from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln with a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in philosophy.
In December 2017, Pat was appointed by Mayor Jean Stothert to the Omaha Planning Board for a five-year term. His responsibilities include considering land subdivision and zoning proposals, street vacations and dedications, disposal of surplus property and proposed changes to elements of the City of Omaha’s master plan.
