Investors Realty, Inc. is excited to welcome Jordan Hale to their facilities management team! Jordan will be responsible for the management and operation of a portfolio of commercial properties. He will work closely with both owners and tenants to ensure they are maximizing the potential of each property. Jordan says he enjoys the wide range of problem-solving he gets to experience every day that property and facilities management brings. He enjoys the spontaneity that makes each day unique.

Jordan attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha for two years, and after UNO cut the football program, he finished out his collegiate years at Minnesota State Mankato. He graduated in 2014 with a bachelor’s in psychology and cognitive science. Since graduating, Jordan tried his hand in entrepreneurship with a sports technology company before ultimately ending up in the residential property management field. He has worked for three years in residential property management.

Jordan says, “Coming from the residential side of property management, I am excited to learn more about the commercial side as a facilities manager for Investors Realty. The people here are genuine, and I can tell they will help guide me to success here at Investors Realty.”
