Investors Realty, Inc. has some exciting changes coming into the new year!

We are proud to announce Sydney Weller as our newest industrial broker. Sydney has been a property manager with Investors Realty since 2012. She has been a high performer on the property management team and has excelled while working with primarily industrial tenants. Her extensive expertise in the industrial commercial real estate market will provide a seamless transition into her new role as a commercial real estate broker.

Toby Davis will transition from his role as our field service coordinator to fill Sydney’s position in our property management department. Toby started with Investors Realty in 2017, as one of our commercial property maintenance techs. He has been hard at work preparing for his new role as property manager. Toby’s time as a top performing maintenance technician gave him a front row seat to all things building related, with his most recent role as our field service coordinator, his knowledge base has grown exponentially.
