Riley graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln with a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in finance and accounting. In, 2023, she joined Investors Realty’s Office Team, specializing in office leasing and sales, where her financial expertise helps clients identify strategic opportunities. Her previous experience as a recruiter at Zelle HR Solutions strengthened her communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, which she applies to commercial real estate transactions. With a strong analytical approach and a commitment to client success, Riley is a valuable asset to the Investors Realty team.
J.P. Raynor, JD, CCIM, SIOR

J.P. joined Investors Realty, Inc. in 2004 and specializes in Omaha office leasing and sales. J.P. earned a Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Kansas, giving him a strong foundation in both law and business. He became a principal in 2015 and has built strong trust and respect within the industry. His expertise is reflected in his successful transactions and listing activity.
Mike Rensch

Mike specializes in selling and leasing office space in the Omaha area and has been a licensed real estate agent in Nebraska since 2009. He earned a BA in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 2006 and previously worked in residential real estate with NP Dodge. Since joining Investors Realty, Inc. in 2011, Mike has used his local expertise and background to help clients find office space that fits their business needs. Clint Seemann

Kevin has established himself as a market leader in the Omaha/Lincoln industrial markets since joining Investors Realty in 2011. Specializing in industrial landlord and seller representation, he also has expertise in industrial land development and site selection. Over the past five years, Kevin has successfully completed 248 transactions totaling nearly 4.4 million square feet of industrial space and 210 acres of land, valued at over $162 million. A multiple-time recipient of the CoStar Top Power Broker Award, Kevin earned his CCIM designation in 2018 and his SIOR designation in 2020.

Sydney brought a wealth of experience to Investors Realty when she joined in 2012, after six years in residential real estate and nine years as a Property Manager overseeing a diverse portfolio of more than 20 properties, totaling 715,000 SF, primarily industrial. In 2021, she transitioned into brokerage, leveraging her deep understanding of the industry to help business owners with lease renewals, new leases, and project management. Sydney’s comprehensive knowledge of owner, tenant, and buyer needs, combined with her collaborative approach, makes her a key asset to the team. Her dedication and expertise earned her recognition as a CoStar Power Broker twice in 2024.

Tim is the Lead Broker on the Investors Realty Investment Team and he also serves as the firm's Managing Broker, overseeing the Brokerage Division. Ryan Zabrowski has earned a reputation for managing complex commercial real estate projects in the Omaha Metro area, with a focus on negotiating fair pricing, terms, and solving challenges.
