Investors Realty, Inc. is excited to announce Toby Davis as their new field service coordinator. He will work with both our property management and maintenance teams by assisting with the creation, scheduling, auditing, and coding of work orders, creating agreements, coordinating inspections, and other general clerical and project-based work.

Toby started with Investors Realty in 2017 as one of our commercial property maintenance techs. He has worked hands-on with the majority of our managed properties troubleshooting building issues and performing general, preventative, and grounds maintenance. Before coming to work with Investors Realty he worked in sales and marketing while also running his own handyman service business.

Toby says, “I am excited to join the “office” crew and bring my field experience internally to help incorporate a more cohesive process between property management and maintenance. I love working for Investors Realty because of the compassion and kindness that I have personally experienced with the leadership in this company.
