Investors Realty, Inc. is proud to announce Katie Sharp as their new due diligence coordinator.

Katie joins our team from First Management, Inc., where she spent over 7 years as an executive assistant performing lease administration duties. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Leadership from College of Saint Mary and attained her Nebraska Real Estate Salesperson License in 2015. Katie’s past volunteer work includes serving on the board for the Down Syndrome Alliance of the Midlands as Special Events Chair and officiating for regional sports leagues.

Katie says, “I was excited for this opportunity to work with Investors Realty because of their reputation in the Omaha area and their collaborative and supportive culture.” As due diligence coordinator she will work on the administration and tracking of real estate transactions from initial contract to closing and post-closing follow-up, working closely with the brokers here at Investors Realty. We are delighted to have Katie join our team!
