After significant damage to the building in 2022, construction was delayed until 2024 due to insurance-related setbacks. Investors Realty’s Project Management team assisted in obtaining cost estimates for the insurance adjuster and helped identify an affordable architect and contractor.

Throughout the design process, value engineering played a key role in controlling costs. From initial planning to the final punch list evaluation, the project remained on track and became one of the most seamless builds to date.
