Investors Realty, Inc. of Omaha, Nebraska and Commercial Investment Services of North Platte, Nebraska completed the sale of a 359,500 square foot manufacturing property located at 1 Greenwood Rd in Sidney, NE.  The buyer, a subsidiary of Ohio based Lukjan Metal Products plans to operate in the facility.

This operation will initially create approximately 50 jobs and is expected to grow up to 100 over the next five years.  This is welcome news to the community of Sidney, home to Cabela’s Inc., which employees 2,000 and is currently being bought by Bass Pro Shops.
